*S.T.E.A.M. - Classes are done in units, to get a hands on experience they work at their level but all classes are on the same theme.
Examples of S.T.E.A.M.: Simple Machines-levers and pulley, marble mazes. Chemical Reactions-Slime and bubbles. Physics-Egg Drop, Oobleck run, and water rockets. Sound, Magnets, Density, Volume, OzoBots, **Art - Classes vary and some are done in units so there are a series of the same class in a row. Examples of Art: Painting, Drawing, Skateboarding, Yoga, Hip Hop, Crochet, Sewing, Fashion Design, Origami, Cooking, Baking, Sign Language, Photography, and we are always expanding our list based on what students want to try! |
Classes are held on our campus after regular day classes are done.

OVERVIEW: In this course students will be introduced to fundamental ceramic hand building techniques, become familiar with ceramic materials, discover basic tools and how to use them with a variety of techniques, and basic surface decoration skills. There will be no shortage of fun and creativity all set in an environment to truly learn the craft of ceramic art. Students especially love seeing their finished work which will be brought home throughout this course as they finish projects. NEW projects every semester!
